Have a Question?
How do I send you my files?
You can email files to info@airlineprinting.net if they are under 10mb. If your files are larger, you can upload them directly to us here, or by using DropBox, Google Drive, or your choice of file upload service.
What file types do you accept?
Press Quality PDF is highly recommended. PDF, JPG, TIF, AI, INDD and EPS are also accepted.
Should I include crop marks on my artwork?
Yes, please do. Crop marks on your artwork ensure the size and placement will be correct. Color bars, registration marks or any other indicators are not necessary.
Does it matter if my file is RGB or CMYK?
Please make sure your artwork and included graphics are in CMYK only. RGB files can have a color shift when printed.
What resolution should my images be?
Any raster images and photos should be 300dpi at 100%.
Do I need to include bleed?
Yes, please include 1/8" (0.125") bleed on each side, if your artwork touches the edges of the page.
What is rich black, and do I need it?
Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% K, with additional CMY ink values. This results in a darker tone than black ink alone. If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black may not be as dark as you might like. We recommend using C 60 M 60 Y 60 K 100. This will give you a deep, dark, rich black for large, solid black areas. DO NOT set regular type or small objects in rich black.
